Good afternoon. An experienced builder, Deputy Director of Adamant Group came to us today. This company was the ancestor of CBPB application in Rostov-on-don. They built a lot of houses in Lensk, in the Stavropol region after the flood, in the Krasnodar region, so the experience of the CBPB application is huge.
Mr. Leonid Tyndyk, please tell us which CBPB do you apply, which thickness, where do you apply it and what feedback do you get about CBPB, how does it serve after the installation, and specific questions about the joints, painting, do you close the joints with other material?

We use CBPB as the pioneers of panel timber frame houses construction and manufacturing in Rostov region. We have been using it approximately for 13-14 years. Only TAMAK CBPB.
We tried to work with another manufacturers from Omsk. As the chief of supply department I just sent the trucks back: the products did not meet standards in terms of quality and thickness. So we apply 10-12 thick CBPB only from TAMAK plant for construction of frame public buildings, private housing.
My director tried to use OSB, SCP. Unfortunately, it was a sad experience. Mould occurred on SCP during construction of kindergartens in Voronezh region, it is non-normative quality. OSB is death, in my opinion.
When I deliver the finished construction up to my customers, I do it with the wishes of further quality of living, and the safety of the living is zero (index on the device), because the CBPB ecology is zero, as in all materials that we use.
We had an interesting precedent when a local specialist came to me to check the quality of the structure for the presence of radionuclides, formaldehydes and other substances at a large facility (we had been building it for the first time, as previously we had done only private facilities in Taganrog). When the specialist turned on her device, it clearly showed zero. We thought it didn't work. We took this device online out of our building; it began to show some normative data. When we brought it back, the device again showed zero. The specialist said that she had never seen it in her life. For me it was very pleasant, because the ecology of the building is zero. The specialist asked about the materials we used. CBPB, brick, timber floors, timber stairscases and timber windows of triple glazing: wood, CBPB, concrete, metal tile sheet.
What difficulties do we face in work? We have come to a certain variant of CBPB fastening: first, the threaded connection is wound, as we use wood. We use an ordinary screw, but in order not to crack CBPB and not to spoil their beauty first the carving is made with a drill, then we fasten it with the screw.
Recently I have had a precedent that once again inspired me to work with the CBPB. During installation the finished panel fell down from the second floor. The matter is that the foreman incorrectly fixed the fastener, it slipped, and the panel fell down.
I was surprised and happy, because the panel fell and made two turns in the air, but remained intact. We made the right fasteners and lifted the panel into place, that is, the panel was made qualitatively, and even withstood such a test – falling down, and the size of the panel was 5 meters by 3 meters – this is a large panel. Our constructions are very easy to install, only when the wind is strong and the installation is of a large volume, we use machines.
I am very pleased with the material, because it is the material that was invented long ago by the Germans. The material is very interesting, a little more expensive than OSB, but I will never refuse from CBPB.
