CEMENT-BONDED PARTICLE BOARDS (CBPB) PRODUCTION

High quality of TAMAK cement-bonded particle boards is guaranteed by a strict quality control in accordance with national standards (GOST 26816-2016) (CBPB-1-highest quality) and European standard EN 634-2.

Cement-bonded particle boards are manufactured by pressing moulded mixture, consisting of coniferous wood chips, Portland cement, mineral substances and water.

Cement-bonded particle board is a hard monolith material. Emitting of dust, gas or vapour from the boards is impossible due to mineralization of contained substances and production technology.

ECOLOGICAL SAFETY

ТАМАК CBPB is an ecologically sound material. Cement-bonded particle boards do not contain dangerous phenol and formaldehyde bonding substances, or any other poisons. The main binder is cement.

Cement-bonded particle board is a hard monolith material. Emitting of dust, gas or vapour from the boards is impossible due to mineralization of contained substances and production technology.

FIRE RESISTANCE

Do not burn! Do not sustain combustion!
Do not spread fire!

Important! Being exposed to fire the boards do not emit toxic gases and vapour.

RELIABILITY

ТАМАК CBPB is first of all a constructional material that gives hardness to frame constructions. During the production process, the cement-bonded particle carpet is formed out of four layers: exterior layers – out of small-sized wooden chips, interior ones – out of bigger chips.

Then the carpet is subjected to pressing. It is worthwhile mentioning one more property – a possibility to use constructions with CBPB cladding in earthquake-prone zones and for high-rise buildings.

BIOSTABILITY

ТАМАК CBPB sustains fungus, pruners, gnawing animal actions. It is noteworthy that this biostability is achieved without using some special antiseptic agents as the components of CBPB and without surface treatment with antiseptic agents. Antiseptic is formed in the mass of CBPB during production process when cement turns into concrete.An additional product of this process is calcium hydroxide that forms strongly alkaline media preventing growth of fungus.

MOISTURE RESISTANCE

The boards not only enhance wooden frames with additional stiffness, but also serve as the defense from atmospheric actions.

ТАМАК CBPB have a substantial advantage concerning water absorption as compared to other board materials.

FROST RESISTANCE

Frost resistance is one of crucial advantages of CBPB, expanding geography of CBPB application.

Thus, regulatory value of flexural strength reduction after 50 cycles does not exceed 10%. In practical termsthis indicator is lower. Long application experience of CBPB constructions in the building of different profiles in such regions as Yakutia, Khanty-Mansiysk proved high exploitation properties of the material.
