NOTICE
When making finish works it is necessary to follow the instructions for applying material systems of this very producer.
The least demanding concerning the quality of the finished surface are texture paints that is why namely they are recommended for self-facade painting with a roller. Not textured (glossy) paints are recommended to be applied only for specially prepared surfaces with sunk and spackled screws.
RECOMMENDATIONS ON USING THE SCREWS
For fixing CBPB ТАМАК to the frames on the facades, it is recommended to apply galvanized or anodized self-tapping crews (hereinafter - screws), as black (phosphated) can corrode under the atmospheric moisture exposure, and together with this they lose their strength qualities, and rust can appear through finish surface.
PREPARATION OF CBPB ТАМАК SURFACE FOR HOLDING FACADE FINISH WORKS
Before painting it is necessary to prepare CBPB surface as follows:
- To deepen all screws for 1-2 mm;
- To spackle all holes and detrusions with facade spackles, for example, produced by the company ЛАЭС "Spackle under painting" + cement М500Д0;
- After drying of the spackle to rub down all the unevennesses with flint-paper;
- To clean a plate surface from dust with a wet duster;
- To level CBPB surface absorption to deposit with a roller or a brush a priming coat o f a deep penetration on all sides of the plate including borders;
- Plate borders are easier treated with a priming coat not each sheet separately, but at the moment when the plates are in the pack;
- Then to apply finish materials in accordance with the instruction given by a producer.
